What is Hospice Care?

The Mission of Serenity Hospice Care is to provide enhanced comprehensive care to our terminally ill patients and their loved ones.  Serenity Hospice Care will provide that care by focusing on the holistic hospice  approach, touching the physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of our patients.

We are committed to provide the highest quality of care utilizing our multidisciplinary team to  provide care in the comfort of each patient’s home,  wherever they choose to reside.

Who will provide this care?

Home Health Aide:
~ The home health aide provides direct personal care for the patient.  The nurse case manager oversees and supervises the home health aide according to the patient plan of care.
